We bought a semi-detached house built in 1951 23 years ago. When I was renovating, I noticed that you could hear the two old neighbors quite well, so I built a stud profile in front of the wall and insulated it with insulating wool. It wasn't a very good solution.
Two years ago, a family moved in over there with two boys, one of whom does gymnastics and the other boxing. That transmitted extremely. As we wanted to renovate the children's room anyway, I removed the stud profile and the old insulation and installed the hemp sound insulation panels from SilentFiber. The success is clear!
I installed them in a semi-detached house for sound insulation from the neighbors. We are very satisfied. You can't hear a thing. Any time again.

The panels were easy to process and stick on. The sound from the next room is noticeably insulated.
Tip: Add in your videos and instructions that priming beforehand would be useful.

I use the hemp acoustic panels in my office and the result is great. Before there was a lot of reverberation and now the sound is harmonious.
The panels are actually easy to fit to the ceiling and/or wall with the accessories and the clear instructions, but I didn't need to do this. I simply leaned the panels against the walls as a "decorative element". Fewer holes on the wall and ceiling, same result! đ
