It is understandable that one suffers from this situation. You can close your eyes, but unfortunately not your ears. Listening away is therefore not possible!
Unfortunately, the SilentFiber acoustic panels cannot help here. They improve the room acoustics. This reduces the echo in a room. Inside the room it is more pleasant for you and also quieter.
Unfortunately, this does not reduce the noise from the neighbors. Here you would have to improve the sound insulation of the ceiling and possibly also the walls. You can do this with so-called facing shells on the walls, impact sound insulation under the floor or a suspended ceiling.
