Install absorbers in the recording studio itself

Sound absorbers ensure that there are no sound reflections - i.e. no disturbing echoes - at the workstation in the recording studio. They convert the sound into heat before it can be reflected back from the wall. Speakers are usually placed to the left and right of the workstation. Therefore, the most sensible place for the absorbers is also to the left and right of the workstation.

You are sitting at your workstation. A colleague moves a mirror on the wall until you see a loudspeaker in the mirror. This is the right place for the absorber.
