A sunny and protected from rain loggia with a view of the Traunsee in Gmunden. A dreamlike scenery for a relaxed vacation. In order not to spoil the vacation experience even on balmy summer evenings on the balcony, sound-absorbing panels were mounted on the ceiling in the loggia.

A loggia is a quiet, protected retreat. Here you can sit and enjoy the surroundings without being observed yourself. But it is also in the nature of such an interior outdoor space that it is enclosed on almost all sides by walls and ceilings. And so here too - as in many indoor spaces - there is a disturbing echo. In Gmunden, SilentFiber WOOD acoustic panels were screwed to the ceiling to absorb the sound and give the loggia a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
