Regional production

This is how SilentFiber acoustic panels are manufactured

SilentFiber hemp acoustic panels and hemp sound insulation panels are produced in Weinviertel/Lower Austria. The raw material is hemp straw - a waste product from the hemp industry. As with grain, the hemp straw is left over from the production of hemp oil, hemp seeds or CBD oil. The process for producing the hemp mats actually comes from the automotive industry. The production line has been adapted and now presses firm, fleece-like mats from the hemp straw. These are cut to square elements. The acoustic panels are also chamfered all around.

Then the acoustic and grid panels are sprayed with mineral paints. By the way - coating is also done regionally.
