The honeycombs are attached to the wooden honeycombs with staples through the acoustic felt. The honeycombs can be easily removed by loosening the staples with a screwdriver.
The WallBEEE acoustic panels can be mounted in 3 ways:
1. mounting with the pre-mounted adhesive strips
Adhesive strips are mounted on the back of the WallBEEE acoustic panels. All you have to do is peel off the protective film and you can stick the panels directly to the wall. The surface should be even, dry and stable.
3. mounting with screws
The panels can also be fastened from the front with screws. The screws are least noticeable on the black acoustic felt if you use black drywall screws. The screws are screwed through the acoustic felt. You can use wall plugs on the wall or screw directly into a screwable surface.
Connections of the panels to walls, ceiling, floor:
The wooden honeycombs would protrude from the adjacent walls, floor and ceiling if the panels were used as they are. You can simply remove the wooden honeycombs at the edge. This creates a uniform, all-round black edge.
Connection of sockets and switches:
The hexagons can also be easily detached from the acoustic felt for sockets and switches. The black felt is cut out with a carpet knife / cutter knife and the panel is attached to the wall.
